My order won’t go through what should I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit/debit card information, billing and shipping address, please contact Customer Service at (212)-227-4949x102 or email us at info@dorldornyc.com

I need to make a change to my order. what should I do?

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee changes can be made, please email us at info@dorldornyc.com with your order number and requested change and we will do our very best to accommodate the change.

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 2 business days, If there will be delays we will reach out.

I’m not happy with my order what should I do?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us within 14 days. Please email info@dorldornyc.com if your order was received damaged or late.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will process returns immediately after receipt, However it can take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

How many promotional codes can be used on each order?

We offer a variety of promotional codes to our customers such as gift with purchases, free shipping, free returns, percentage off, and dollar amount off. A total of 1 promotional codes can be used at checkout.

My order shows it has been delivered but I have not received it what should I do?

Please email us immediately at info@dorldornyc.com so we can find your package or send a replacement.

Can I return my online order in store?

Yes, all online orders may be returned in any of our retail stores.
